For operators and networks
The breaks are already there. Most of them are empty
Set-top boxes, IPTV and streaming apps carry ad breaks that direct sales was never going to fill completely. We fill the remainder programmatically - inside your break rules, under your floors, and behind your own sales team rather than in front of it.
What stays under your control
The reason operators distrust programmatic is not the money - it is the fear of losing say over what appears in a stream their subscribers pay for. So the controls sit on your side of the line, and unfilled remains a legitimate answer.
Controls
- Break rules
- Yours, enforced by us Pod length, slot count, maximum spot duration and where a break may fall stay your decision. We fill inside those rules or return the pod short.
- Category blocks
- Applied pre-auction Your blocklist filters demand before the auction, not after the impression is already on screen.
- Competitive separation
- Per pod, configurable One advertiser and one category per break by default - a subscriber never sees two banks back to back.
- Floor prices
- Per placement and region Set the floor under which your inventory is simply not sold. Unfilled is a valid outcome.
- Direct deals
- Preserved Your own sales team keeps priority. Programmatic fills what direct did not, rather than competing with it.
Delivery that does not break the stream
A stutter at the ad break costs more than the impression is worth. Everything below exists to make the break indistinguishable from content.
Playback
- SSAI
- Your stitcher or ours Server-side insertion keeps the ad in the same rendition as the content - no buffering, no resolution jump at the break.
- Live and SCTE-35
- Supported Break markers in a live stream trigger the request; late-arriving bids are dropped rather than delaying the cut back to content.
- Client-side
- Supported Where your player already calls out, we answer a standard VAST/VMAP request.
- Timeout
- ≤ 300 ms Whatever is decided by then goes in. We never hold a stream waiting for one more bid.
Start with the inventory you are not selling today
One region, one channel, or just the breaks your direct team never gets to. That is enough to see real numbers without touching what already works.
